Visiting our Website 

  1. Scope of Data Processing
    When you visit our website, your browser also transmits certain data to our web server for technical reasons.
  2. Purpose of Data Processing
    The storage of this data in log files is necessary to ensure the functionality of the website. They serve us to optimize the website and to ensure the security of our information technology systems.
  3. Legal Basis for Processing
    We collect this data on the basis of our legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para.  1 lit. f) DSGVO in order to be able to display our website and to guarantee its security. 
  4. Duration of Storage
    Information in the log files is used for security reasons (e.g. to clarify abuse or fraud) for a maximum period of seven days. 
    Data whose further storage is necessary for evidence purposes are excluded from deletion until the respective incident has been finally clarified.
  5. Possibility of Objection and Removal
    The collection of data for the provision of the website and its storage in log files is mandatory for operation for technical reasons. Consequently, there is no possibility of objection on the part of the user. 

 

Contact Form and E-Mail-Contact 

  1. Scope of Data Processing
    If you use the contact form on our website, the following data will be processed by us: Name, company, street, zip code, city, country, telephone number, e-mail address and your message. Only name, e-mail address and your sent message are required fields.
    Alternatively, you can contact us via the e-mail addresses provided. In these cases the personal data of the sender transmitted with the e-mail will be processed. 
    In this context, the data will not be passed on to third parties. The data are used exclusively for the processing of the conversation and for the treatment of the request. 
  2. Purpose of Data Processing
    The processing of the personal data from the input mask serves us for the treatment of the establishment of contact. If you contact us by e-mail, this is also the necessary legitimate interest in the processing of the data. The other personal data processed during the sending process (e.g. shortened IP address, date, time) serve to prevent misuse of the contact form and ensure the security of our information technology systems. 
  3. Legal Basis for Data Processing
    When contacting us (via contact form or email), the user’s details will be processed for the purpose of processing the contact request and its processing in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b) DSGVO. 
  4. Duration of Storage
    We delete personal data if they are no longer required for the purpose of their collection. For the personal data from the input mask of the contact form and those sent by e-mail, this is the case when the respective conversation with the user has ended. The conversation is terminated when it can be inferred from the circumstances that the facts concerned or the request for information have been conclusively clarified.
  5. Possibility of Objection and Removal
    You have the possibility to revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. 
    If you contact us via e-mail, you can object to the storage of your personal data at any time. In this case, of course, our conversation can no longer be continued. Please send such a revocation to service@mj-additive.com. All personal data stored in the course of establishing contact will then be deleted.

Cookies do not cause any damage to your computer and do not contain any harmful software such as viruses.     We use cookies to make our website attractive and user-friendly, to improve it and to speed up enquiries.

  1. Scope of Data Processing
    We use Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. We use cookies for this purpose.
    The information collected by Google about your use of this website (e.g. the pages visited by us) is transferred to a Google server in the USA, where it is stored, analyzed and the results made available to us in anonymous form. 
    On our website we use the IP anonymization offered by Google. Here your IP address is shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.
    Google is certified in the EU-US Privacy Shield, which guarantees an appropriate level of data protection for data held by Google in the USA

    On our behalf, Google uses this information to evaluate the use of our website and to compile reports on the activities within our website. This allows us to better design your online experience and increase the usability of our website.
  3. Legal Basis for Processing
    Our legit­imate interest in data processing by Google Analytics lies in the abovementioned purposes. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO. 
  4. Duration of Storage
    Sessions and campaigns are terminated after a certain period of time. By default, sessions end after 30 minutes of inactivity and campaigns end after six months. The time limit for campaigns can be a maximum of two years.
  5. Possibility of Objection and Removal
    The IP address transmitted by your browser is not combined with any other data held by Google. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however, please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. You can also prevent the collection by Google of the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of our website as well as the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the available Google browser plug-in: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaop­tout?hl=en

Data Security  

We take technical, contractual and organizational measures to ensure the security of data processing in accordance with the state of the art. In this way we ensure that the regulations of the data protection laws, in particular the basic data protection regulation, are complied with and that the data processed by us are protected against destruction, loss, alteration and unauthorized access. These security measures also include the encrypted transmission of data between your browser and our servers. Please note that SSL encryption is only activated for transmissions over the Internet if the key symbol appears in the lower menu bar of your browser window and the address begins with https:// . SSL (Secure Socket Layer) uses encryption technology to protect data transmission from illegal data access by third parties. All information that you transmit to us is stored and processed on our servers in the Federal Republic of Germany. 

 

Passing on Data to Third Parties and Third-Party Providers 

Data will only be passed on to third parties within the frame­work of legal requirements. We only pass on user data to third parties if this is necessary for contractual purposes, e.g. on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b) DSGVO or on the basis of justified interests pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO. DSGVO in the economic and effective operation of our business. 

Within the frame­work of order processing pursuant to Art. 28 DSGVO, we use subcontractors for the provision of our services, in particular for the operation, maintenance and hosting of the website. We have taken appropriate legal precautions as well as appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of personal data in accordance with the relevant statutory provisions. 

 

External Services and Contents on our Website 

We include external services or content on our website. This is done on the basis of our legitimate interests in the analysis, optimization and economic operation of our online offering in the sense of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO. 

When using such a service or the display of third-party content, communication data such as date, time and IP address are exchanged between you and the respective provider for technical reasons. This is in particular your IP address, which is required for the presentation of content in your browser. 

It can be that the supplier of the respective services or contents of your data for further, own purposes processes. However, since we have no influence on the data collected from third parties and their processing by these, we cannot make any binding statements regarding the purpose and scope of the processing of your data.

If we process personal data from you, you are the data subject within the meaning of the Basic Data Protection Ordinance (DSGVO) and you have the following rights vis-à-vis us in respect of the personal data affecting you:
