MJ Addilub 57 is a slip agent and processing aid mainly for PE and PP. MJ Addilub 57 is a slip agent which is used in the extrusion of PE of PP for films, pipes and profiles. Through the usage of MJ Addilub 57 the surface of the finish product gets smoother and more shiny. Due to the combination with other components there will be a reduction of the friction in the extrusion line and the final article. The slip effect during processing will bring down the melt temperature and allows to have a higher take off speed. In the film industry the necessary slip effect on the roll can be observed which is important for the following process, such as unwinding, printing and lamination.

The product is non toxic in there are a range of BgVV recommendations for the use in contact with plastic articles, which come into contact with food stuff.

MJ Addilub 59 is a processing aid and mould release mainly for PP and PE. MJ Addilub 59 is a high effective processing aid with different advantages in PP and PE polymers. It works as a mould release and processing aid agent for a better melt flow. Due to the use of this Additivsystem, the processing temperature can be reduced, the warpage will be reduced and due to this you can cut down cooling time. Also slight antistatic effects in PP and PE can be observed. This antistatic effect is good enough to reduce the surface resistance so, that no dust gets to the surface of the final article.

The product is non toxic in there are a range of BgVV recommendations for the use in contact with plastic articles, which come into contact with food stuff.

MJ Addistat 33 is a highly effective internal antistatic agent mainly used in injection moulding and extrusion area of PP, PE, PS, HIPS, ABS. This product can also be used in transparent applications due to its neutral colour in the recommended addition level. Due to this combination and synergistic effect of the ingredients very low dosage rates of MJ Addistat 33 will give a sufficient result of the long-term antistatic effect. The final result of the surface resistivity is depending on the surrounding area. The minimum relative humidity of the area should not be under 50% to reach to optimum result. The dosage rate of the additive is also depending of the relative humidity of the surrounding area. Our experience has shown that in areas where the relative humidity is 60% or higher the dosage of additive can be reduced.

MJ Addifoam 43 powder form is an endothermic foaming agent, based on citric acid. With this foaming agent, you will get a very fine homogenous foam structure in PS, PP and PE articles like it is used in the electronic packaging industry or the food packaging industry. Due to the relation between a nucleating agent and citric acid components, the foam is even fine enough to get a foam-structure in films with less then 100 μm. By the use of this additive the density reduction of the article was almost 30 %. Also the thermo isolation for packed goods will be much better than without MJ Addifoam 43 powder form. In the PE-Packaging area MJ Addifoam 43 powder form is used as a foaming agent to protect the packed goods against damage. Decomposition of the foaming agent starts at 135-140°C and the processing temperature should be between 170 and 220 °C.

The product is non toxic and the advised dosage is within the BgVV recommendations for the use in plastic articles, which come into contact with food.
